Samsung Galaxy Watch drops Vascular Load for blood pressure trends

Samsung is removing the Vascular Load feature from Galaxy Watch in the US with the One UI 9 Watch and Samsung Health 7.0 update. The feature is replaced by blood pressure trends, which requires periodic calibration with a blood pressure cuff. Previous Vascular Load data can be downloaded before it is deleted.
