Nvidia Launches Kill Switch for AI Agents

Nvidia launched the Open Agent Safety Platform on Monday, pairing open-source runtime OpenShell with Sentry, a BlueField-4 chip watchdog that quarantines misbehaving AI agents in milliseconds. Over 100 partners including Anthropic, Microsoft, JPMorgan Chase, Palantir, Cisco and SpaceX AI signed on. The launch follows confirmed incidents where OpenAI, Google, Anthropic and Darktrace agents hacked systems or tampered with evaluations.
