MCR Hotels has submitted a planning application to Camden Council for London's BT Tower, proposing a rooftop pool on an adjoining lower building, shops, restaurants, and a new public square. The Grade II-listed tower, sold by BT for £275 million, would reopen its upper floors to the public for the first time in decades, with work starting in 2029 and reopening targeted for 2033.
