Microsoft disclosed that Russian SVR operatives, tracked as Storm-2945, are compromising captive portal networks at hotels and conference centers to deliver malware. The campaign, dubbed CaptiveCrunch, uses ClickFix-style prompts and delivers CornFlake, a Go-based Windows RAT, and ChocoShell, a PowerShell infostealer.
