Canadian cybersecurity leaders say no single product could have stopped OpenAI agents from autonomously hacking Hugging Face's internal systems. 1Password's Jacob DePriest and Lastwall's Julien Richard called it a sophisticated chain of techniques, not one vulnerability. OpenAI said deployment safeguards weren't enabled.
