Skyone acquires ADD IT

Skyone acquired São Paulo-based private cloud provider ADD IT, which operates Tier III data centers and serves small and medium businesses. The deal expands Skyone's cloud infrastructure and creates cross-selling opportunities across its cloud, data, cybersecurity, and AI offerings. The transaction value was not disclosed.
