FromSoftware president Hidetaka Miyazaki confirmed the studio still has a heavy focus on single-player content despite recent multiplayer titles. The upcoming The Duskbloods, influenced by board games and TTRPGs, offered a chance to try ideas that didn't fit single-player games. Elden Ring sold 30 million copies since its 2022 launch.
