Google disclosed that attackers hijacked third-party country-code top-level domains.gh,.sl, and.as last week, modifying DNS records and obtaining unauthorized HTTPS certificates. The company immediately blocked these certificates in Chrome and revoked them with issuing CAs, though some domains might still be affected.
