Kneat acquired by Thoma Bravo for $650m

Limerick-based Kneat Solutions entered a definitive agreement to be acquired by US private equity group Thoma Bravo for C$650m in an all-cash deal. Shareholders will receive C$6.50 per share, a 40% premium over early May closing prices. Kneat will become a privately held company.
