Charisma can be taught through targeted training

Research led by John Antonakis at the University of Lausanne found that targeted training produced a medium improvement in how charismatic people appeared to others. The 2011 study in Academy of Management Learning & Education tested two interventions. Charisma is a set of teachable behaviors, not a fixed trait.
