Dex Hires Secret Escapes Founders

London-based AI recruitment platform Dex hires Tom Valentine and Jonny Burch for senior roles. Valentine, co-founder of Secret Escapes, becomes chief operating officer. Burch, co-founder of Progression, becomes head of design. The company raised a $5.3m seed round in April. Dex uses AI models from Google, Anthropic, and OpenAI to match engineers with jobs.
