Indianapolis Cops Charged in Flock Camera Misuse

Prosecutors in Marion County, Indiana, charged five Indianapolis police officers with fraud and official misconduct for using Flock license plate cameras to track people not suspected of crimes, including former partners. One officer, Jonathan Schultz, faces stalking charges. Four were suspended and recommended for termination; one resigned. Flock operates over 120,000 ALPRs nationwide.
