Beijing dumpling shop Jinguyuan built an AI "skill" letting customers check menus, get recommendations, or join the queue via personal AI agents. Owner Li Bo, 41, created it in April and also coded a queue-tracking website with Alibaba's Qoder. A 2025 Ipsos survey found Chinese people most excited about AI.
