Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta met founders on 6 September to refine the Delhi Start-Up and Incubation Policy 2026, approved by Cabinet in July. The policy targets 10,000 startups and four lakh jobs with Rs. 400 crore, but omits AI, deep tech, and the draft's Rs. 200 crore venture fund.
