Paragon Spyware Maker to Go Public via SPAC

REDLattice, which owns spyware maker Paragon, will merge with Nasdaq-listed Bold Eagle Acquisition Corp and close the deal around the end of the year. The combined firm earned $267 million in the year to June, up 29%. Paragon's Graphite spyware was used against about 90 WhatsApp users in January 2025.
