Cofounders Carlos Noceda and Daniel Nuñez remain shareholders and will continue leading the business. +NUTRI Co uses its AI platform Virgilio IA to formulate functional foods and operates in Peru, Chile, and Mexico. The acquisition expands Terraflos' functional foods presence and will launch +NUTRI Co Functional, a new product line.
