Polestar Banned From U.S. Sales, Volvo Allowed

Polestar was denied U.S. sales by the Commerce Department in June, while sister company Volvo was approved in May. Polestar's U.S. head, Peter Wexler, called the treatment "contrary to law" and noted the Volvo EX90 and Polestar 3 share the same software and factory.
