OrioleDB Patent: now freely available to the Postgres community

Supabase completed legal transfers and now fully owns US Patent 10,325,030 for OrioleDB. The company grants a non-exclusive license to all OrioleDB users, including proprietary forks. OrioleDB benchmarks show 5.5x faster performance than Heap on TPC-C. The license is now Apache 2.0.
