A free Android app called WiFi Meter helped fix dead Wi-Fi zones by mapping signal strength in real time. The author used it on a Google Pixel 10 Pro to find a poorly placed satellite router. Moving that satellite to a stronger spot dramatically improved speeds across a 2,500 sq. ft. home.
