Apple's M6 chip debuts in the Mac mini as the first 2 nanometer chip, adding a third CPU core type previously exclusive to M5 Pro and Max. The M6 offers 12 cores total: super, performance, and efficiency. The M5 Ultra also launched with quad-die architecture.
