Siri summarizes webpages and YouTube videos in Safari and YouTube apps

In the second developer beta, Siri explicitly refuses to summarize URLs pasted into the Siri app. However, inside Safari and the YouTube app, Siri sometimes summarizes webpages or video content, and other times says it is unable to do so. The behavior remains inconsistent and subject to change in future betas.
