Amping up T cells to target cancer

MIT chemical engineer Daniel Anderson and colleagues at MIT, Harvard, and the University of Houston developed an mRNA vaccine adjuvant that amplifies T-cell responses. In mice, it slowed or eradicated tumors and boosted covid and flu vaccine T-cell responses 10 to 15 times.
