NVIDIA's Rubin AI servers use 45-degree Celsius liquid cooling, hotter than a hot tub, to cool hardware. This closed-loop system eliminates fans and chillers, cutting cooling energy costs by up to 40 percent and water usage to nearly zero. The architecture also reduces server rack space from six units to two.
