Clio acquired Toronto-based Jurisage, gaining access to its AI-ready legal dataset of over 470,000 cases across 40 courts. The deal follows Clio's $1-billion USD purchase of vLex and aims to deepen Canadian legal data coverage. Jurisage's 10-person team joins Clio.
