Bitget Hackers Move $3.9M ZEC Into Shielded Pool

Wallets tied to Bitget's $387.5 million hack moved about $3.9 million in Zcash into Ironwood, Zcash's shielded pool, on Wednesday. Three transfers between 08:15 and 08:46 UTC moved 2,746 ZEC, roughly 15 percent of the stolen ZEC, hiding sender, recipient and amount. Investigator ZachXBT flagged the moves as Bitget tries to recover funds.
