Square Enix announced Final Fantasy Resonance, the first HD-2D Final Fantasy game, launching October 22 on PlayStation, Xbox, PC, and Nintendo Switch. The title adapts the first season story from the shuttered mobile game Brave Exvius, adding new overworld, chocobos, airships, 33 new music tracks, and a new turn-based combat system.
