CLI Authentication, the Right Way

A CLI authentication flow handles no-browser scenarios by generating a localhost callback URL with embedded redirect_uri. The flow detects missing browser, prints Paste code here if prompted, and waits for user to paste the one-time code from a browser on their laptop. The pattern is defined in RFC 8252 for native apps and works when a browser is available.
