Canva launches in-house AI model Craft

Canva launches Craft, its first in-house image generation model, designed for posters and presentations rather than photographs. The tool plans layouts before generating images at up to 2K resolution, supporting 30 aspect ratios. It was trained on millions of human-created templates and converts output into layered, editable designs via Magic Layers technology.
