Google has rolled out Gemini in Chrome to desktop users in the UK. The AI assistant appears as a side panel with an "Ask Gemini" button, can summarize content and compare tabs, and integrates with Gmail, Maps, Calendar, and YouTube. Chrome for iOS support arrives next month.
