Android Authority found that Google's home screen organizer for Pixel phones no longer uses placeholders in Android 17 QPR1 Beta 5. The feature lets users create, delete, and rearrange home screens, with automatic population of apps and widgets by category. Evidence of a new folder creator also appeared.
