Microsoft released out-of-band Windows updates on October 26 to remove seven certificates from its trust list. This action follows the discovery of eight weak eMudhra keys generated in April 2025 that could be recovered instantly. The updates protect systems without Internet access and will also remove the certificates from the Edge trust list on October 27.
