MediaTek Unveils First Googlebook Chip

MediaTek announced the Dimensity CX C10 Max on September 21, its first processor for Googlebooks, which the company says will power an upcoming premium Googlebook. The chipset appears nearly identical to MediaTek's earlier Kompanio Ultra for Chromebooks. Googlebooks launched with Intel and Qualcomm chips, but no MediaTek-powered laptop was available at launch.
