Huawei Agent Clears All ARC-AGI-3 Games

Researchers from Huawei Noah's Ark Lab released Memento 3, an agent system that cleared all 25 games and 183 levels in the public ARC-AGI-3 benchmark set. The system completed the tasks in 7,518 actions, achieving 44% of the human total and earning a maximum score of 100 on Relative Human Action Efficiency.
