Xbox must choose publisher or platform path

Former PlayStation leader Shawn Layden said Microsoft's Xbox business must choose between being the biggest game publisher or a traditional platform holder, but cannot be both. The two roads diverge because a platform needs exclusive content while a publisher must release games on every platform.
