CLI v50.0.0 improves environment variable handling

Version 50.0.0 of the CLI now prompts users to pull environment variables after linking a project. Input for new variables is masked during entry. An interactive project selector appears for users with fewer than 100 projects. The vc link --repo command has standardized behavior.
