Ofcom Investigates Pornhub Over Age Checks

Ofcom has opened an investigation into Aylo, Pornhub's owner, over whether its new age verification process, which relies on Apple, effectively blocks children from adult content. The regulator says Aylo may not have done sufficient due diligence before implementing it. Under the Online Safety Act, fines can reach £18 million or 10% of global turnover.
