Nucleo Ventures launched a €34 million investment fund targeting startups and SMEs across Romania and Central and Eastern Europe. The fund includes a €23.5 million commitment from ADR Nord-Vest and aims to finance 46 companies over four years. A dedicated €1.7 million grant facility will support early-stage idea validation.
