GE Vernova agreed to acquire Trench Group from Triton Partners for $9.0 billion on Wednesday. The deal, expected to close by late 2027, funds the purchase with cash and debt. Trench serves over 800 utilities and employs more than 3,000 people across 11 sites globally.
