BOE OLED issues shift iPhone orders to Samsung Display

BOE manufacturing problems forced Apple to move millions of iPhone OLED panel orders to Samsung Display. Production issues emerged in November and December after irregularities in a key process. OLED panel production for iPhone 15, 16, and 17 models was suspended. BOE now focuses on stabilizing supplies for the iPhone 17e.
