Meta Plans 1 Million GPU Supercluster

Meta details its Prometheus supercluster in Ohio, planning to grow it to about 1 million Nvidia GPUs. The site currently runs hundreds of thousands of GPUs and finished its first phase in mid-2025. Engineering fixes cut daily interruptions by 99% from nearly 1,000 events.
