Ukraine plans own Starlink by 2027

Ukrainian company Stetman is preparing a 360-satellite LEO constellation with SpaceX launch support, targeting service in 2027. The $1 billion project continues after founder Dmytro Stetsenko's death, with new CEO Kateryna Diachenko leading the effort to strengthen Ukraine's communication independence.
