Airbnb disclosed in a quarterly filing that it invested $7.1M into CEO Brian Chesky's AI lab. The company can join future funding rounds and license the technology for internal use. This move coincided with Q3 revenue rising 19% to $4.9bn. Airbnb plans to launch its own AI travel agent by early 2027.
