Standard Chartered-led Anchorpoint launched beta access for its HKDAP stablecoin, following its Hong Kong issuer licence secured earlier this year. HashKey Exchange and OSL Group are now authorized distributors, enabling institutional and professional investors to mint and redeem HKDAP tokens.
