Overwatch Season 5, announced at BlizzCon 2026, will introduce a new support hero named Doctrine. The update also reworks existing heroes: damage hero Sombra moves to the support role with new healing abilities, and tank hero Roadhog is reconfigured to be more team-focused, losing his instant hook combo.
