Local LLM triages email, never sends replies

A user runs Google's Gemma 4:e4b locally via Ollama and a GeForce RTX 4070 Ti to triage and summarize email. The model classifies messages into six categories and reads 2,000 characters per email. No email data leaves the PC. The user still writes all replies manually.
