Fronted, an Oslo-based AI recruitment platform, raised $1m in pre-seed funding led by Antler and Sondo Capital. The company plans to strengthen engineering teams and accelerate technical development. Since July 2025, the startup achieved a 230 percent increase in annual recurring revenue to support international market scaling.
