Sony and TCL Plan Home Entertainment JV

Sony and TCL Electronics signed an MOU to form a global joint venture for TV and home audio businesses. TCL will hold a 51% controlling stake, Sony 49%. The JV covers R&D, manufacturing, sales, and logistics. Products will keep Sony and BRAVIA brands. A definitive agreement is targeted by March 2026, with operations starting April 2027.
