Women Hold One in Eight AI Leadership Roles

LinkedIn research presented at a Workday roundtable in Dublin found women hold just 13pc of executive AI roles worldwide, with only 13.9pc of CEOs at AI-native firms compared to 19.1pc at traditional companies. The report, 'The Triple Penalty: Mapping the Gender Gap in the AI Economy', attributes the gap to compounding leadership, AI-role and AI-company gaps across 27 countries.
