College app Fizz filed new allegations accusing Maveron VC Jerry Lu of sharing confidential startup information with rival Sidechat. Fizz claims Lu obtained non-public data under the guise of a potential investment and passed it to Sidechat's owner Flower Ave Inc. Lu later invested in Sidechat's seed round.
