Geely SUV Adds Propellers and Sonar

Geely's Galaxy Cruiser 700, a plug-in hybrid off-roader, has two rear propellers producing 8.5 kW each for water speeds up to 4.4 mph, plus front sonar to avoid submerged obstacles. It can swim for about 40 minutes and float for two hours, positioning it against BYD's Yangwang U8 emergency float mode.
